C. Name and Overview of the Services:
1. Deen Dayal Divyangjan Pension scheme:
It is a component of State share scheme. Newly launched on 10th January, 2019, under this scheme, a health grant of Rs. 1000 per month is provided to all differently abled persons.
2. Deen Dayal Divyangjan Punor Sansthapon Achoni:
It is a component of State share scheme. The aim is to provide financial assistance of Rs. 20000/ to each beneficiary having ITI, Vocational Training certificate for rehabilitation.
Target is 11 numbers per LAC. Selected list of 11 numbers beneficiaries has been forwarded to the Directorate for Direct Benefit Transfer to the account of concerned beneficiaries for the year 2020-21.
3. Identification of PWD for issue of Disability certificate:
It is a component of Central share scheme. During the year 2018-19, a total of 3(three) numbers of Medical camp was organized in the South Salmara Mankachar district for screening of persons with disability. 643 numbers of PWD has been identified and accordingly certificates were issued by Joint Director Health Services.
4. Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana:
It is a Central share scheme. In this scheme, incentive of Rs. 5000/ is provided directly to the account of the pregnant women and lactating mothers from the Directorate for first living child of the family subject to their fulfilling certain conditions relating to maternal and child health.
The amount is provided in three installments:
a) Rs. 1000/ for early registration of pregnancy
b) Rs. 2000/ after 6 months of pregnancy.
c) Rs 2000/ after child birth is registered.
As on 26-05-2021, a total of 63,692 numbers of beneficiaries have been uploaded and 60,626 numbers of beneficiaries have received funds. Rest 2.831 numbers of beneficiaries are pending for approval and 235 numbers of applications have been rejected.
5. POSHAN Abhiyaan:
It is a component of Central share scheme. It was launched in March, 2018. It aims to ensure holistic development and adequate nutrition for pregnant women, mothers and children. It targets to reduce level of under-nutrition and other related problems by ensuring convergence of various nutrition related schemes. It also targets stunting, under nutrition, anemia (among young children, women and adolescent girls) and low birth rate.
Under POSHAN Abhiyaan scheme ICDS-CAS mobile phones have been distributed to all AWWs and the same has been registered. ICDS-CAS training has been given to all the functionaries of the district. ILA-Integrated Learning Approach training has been given to the Supervisors and the CDPOs. E-ILA upload has been undertaken and the AWWs are completing in pleased manner. POSHAN tracer application has been installed and beneficiary upload is in progress.
6. One Stop Centre for Women:
Land allotted for construction of OSC at South Salmara Mankachar district received from District Administration at Hatsingimari under Mankachar Revenue Circle. Functionaries as 1 no of Centre administrator, 1 no IT staff, 2 nos multipurpose workers and 1 no Chowkidar has been engaged. The OSC has been handed over to M/S Aman Satya Kachroo Trust on 15/05/2020.
7. Supplementary Nutrition Programme:
It is a component of Central share scheme. Total 3 nos of ICDS project along with 550 AWCs is running in South Salmara Mankachar district. During the year 2020-21, THR has been released directly to the concerned ICDS project by the Directorate. HCM has also been released to the concerned ICDS project from this end.
